Since its inception seven years ago, the Buglasan Festival has been a source of merry-making for the residents of Dumaguete City. Rejoice Hardware and Electrical Supply shares this spirit with all Dumaguetnons and indeed rejoices in the celebration which recalls the past of Negros Oriental.
